Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and wellness reasons, certain opened products may not be eligible for return.
